At Arise and Live, through the Holy Spirit, we strive to breathe life into marriages.
“To partner with families, churches, and ministries to advance the Gospel of Christ in the world, by healing, preserving, and empowering mankind’s central social institution –the marital unit.”
The vision of Arise and Live is to see marriages set in Godly order while influencing a global society through their marital depiction of the gospel.
I am a covenant keeper. As a covenant keeper, I am in lifelong submission to Christ, which means I will commit myself to a life of learning, humility, and sanctity.
As a covenant keeper, I am part of a body of believers, who will help me on this journey, and I will always help others on their journey. We all love each other, bear each other’s burdens, grow together, learn together, and prosper together. No one is more important than the other.
As a covenant keeper, I am intentionally committed to upholding the integrity and sanctity of my marriage, and the marriages of others. Others will find me faithful in my devotion to Christ and commitment to maintain purity until marriage or in honor toward singlehood.
[Husbands] As a covenant keeping husband, I pledge to demonstrate the lavishness of love, compassion, and extravagance to my wife -that Christ has shown his Church. Together, with my wife, I pledge to submit ourselves to each other according to our Godly designed roles.
[Wives] As a covenant keeping wife, I pledge to demonstrate the reverence of respect, submission, and honor to my husband -that the Church has shown Christ. Together, with my husband, I pledge to submit ourselves to each other according to our Godly designed roles.
[Men General] I pledge to demonstrate sexual, emotional, and psychological self-control. I pledge to exercise love in all my varying relationships with other women, aiding in their sanctification and affirming their femininity.
[Women General] As a covenant keeping woman, I pledge to demonstrate sexual, emotional, and psychological patience. I pledge to exercise respect in all my varying relationships with other men, aiding in their sanctification and affirming their masculinity.
As a covenant keeper, I will implement what I have learned, seek help when needed, admit when I am wrong, and prepare myself when called upon to lead. I have been crucified so that I may arise and live in Christ!
